Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Disputes & Fraud Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting our customers and ensuring the efficient handling of credit card disputes and fraud cases in a dynamic financial services environment.
Receiving and handling customer complaints and credit card fraud cases, including initial assessment and prioritization.
Processing dispute claims and fraud-related cases.
Performing chargebacks in accordance with the regulations of the card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club) and internal company policies.
Advising cardholders on disputes, card misuse, and preventive security measures.
Providing customer support by phone and in writing in German, French, English, and Italian.
Carrying out various administrative tasks.
