Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Disputes & Fraud Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in protecting our customers and ensuring the efficient handling of credit card disputes and fraud cases in a dynamic financial services environment.

  • Receiving and handling customer complaints and credit card fraud cases, including initial assessment and prioritization.

  • Processing dispute claims and fraud-related cases.

  • Performing chargebacks in accordance with the regulations of the card schemes (VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club) and internal company policies.

  • Advising cardholders on disputes, card misuse, and preventive security measures.

  • Providing customer support by phone and in writing in German, French, English, and Italian.
