Empathy-Driven Community Support Worker

Spectrum Care is looking for a Community Support Worker in Auckland to support adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. In this role, you will provide assistance with personal activities, socialisation, and daily living tasks based on individual needs.

The ideal candidate should possess empathy, strong communication skills, and a background or interest in supporting people with disabilities. A driver's licence and the ability to pass a police check are required.
