Start Date: September 2026

Working Hours – 35 hours per week (30 minutes for lunch)

8.00am – 3.30pm Monday to Friday 

Term Time plus one week to cover Teaching Education Days

We are seeking an Emotional Learning Support Assistant to join our Internal Alternative Provision Team. The successful candidate will work as part of a team of ELSAs, being responsible to the Internal Alternative Provision Director and Pastoral Deputy Headteacher.

The candidate will be dynamic, able to think on their feet, proactive, skilled at multi-tasking and a confident communicator. You will have the drive to ensure that every student at Bishop Perowne is safe and supported to reach their full potential by identifying and removing any barriers to learning.
