ROLESUMMARY

The Mechanical Design Manager, reporting to the MEP Design Lead, is responsible for reviewing, coordinating, and optimizing mechanical system designs across Majid Al Futtaim developments. The role ensures design quality, constructability, sustainability, and compliance with Majid Al Futtaim standards and applicable codes. Supporting projects from concept through handover, the position drives innovation, digital design, operational efficiency, and sustainability initiatives inline with Majid Al Futtaim developments Net Zero target.

• Review and ensure the quality, completeness, and technical accuracy of mechanical designs, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, and gas systems.
