ROLE SUMMARY

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the execution, and optimization of our integrated digital marketing efforts that support customer acquisition, engagement, and traffic to websites and stores as well as online conversion. The role will be part of a data-driven team and work cross-functionally to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience across all channels.

ROLE PROFILE

• Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and YouTube to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue.
• Own campaign performance through audience targeting, budget management, creative testing, and continuous optimization.
• Monitor and improve ROAS, CPA, engagement, and acquisition metrics through data‑driven decision‑making.
• Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting across GA4, Google Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
