About the Role

Ferrero is offering a structured two‑year rotational program for recent graduates in the UAE, based in Dubai, covering Marketing and Trade Marketing. In the first year you will serve as an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) and in the second year you will take on the role of POS Development & Implementation Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Year1: Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) – Assist the Brand Manager in daily brand‑management tasks; create tracking files and presentations for the Marketing Manager; conduct business analysis and recommend improvements based on brand performance data; track marketing expenditure; oversee minor executions such as sampling plans and small market activities; liaise with Trade Marketing, Sales, Consumer Shopper Understanding, and Supply Chain; coordinate with agencies on brand campaigns; support content development with external production agencies.
