Emergency Response Operator — Calm Dispatch & Life-Saving Support

Tunstall Australasia is hiring for two full-time, 40-hour-per-week roles in Tauranga, with hybrid options after training. You will handle alarms, dispatch emergency services, and provide calm, supportive communication to clients and their families.

Flexible 24/7 rosters include day, night, and weekend shifts. Ideal candidates have strong customer service experience, resilience in emergencies, precise data entry, and a willingness to obtain a First Aid certificate.
