Emergency Preparedness Advisor

Job Description

The Emergency Preparedness Advisor is responsible for the development, maintenance and testing of the hospital’s emergency management program across all hospitals and off‑site locations. In cooperation with regional partners, the Advisor is responsible for developing processes and procedures that prepare the organization for routine response to standardized emergency codes including response to critical facility downtime, missing and violent patients, as well as non‑routine emergency crisis incidents through the development and execution of policies, education and event simulations based on the standard Incident Management System (IMS).
