Emergency Medicine Physician (EMS Operations)

Job Summary

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Denver Health, in partnership with the Denver Health Paramedic Division, is recruiting a full-time academic Emergency Medicine physician with a focus on EMS operations.

This position offers the opportunity to practice within one of the nation's most established and integrated EMS systems. The successful candidate will join a highly collaborative EMS leadership team consisting of the Paramedic Division Medical Director/Associate Chair of EMS and five divisional faculty, all board-certified in EMS. Together, this team provides medical direction for more than 265 Denver Paramedics and EMTs, Denver Paramedics Dispatch, and the Denver Health Paramedic School.

The faculty member will report directly to the Associate Chair of EMS and will play an active role in EMS system oversight, quality improvement, clinical operations, education, and scholarly activity. As a faculty member in the sponsor...
