We have an incredible opportunity for Emergency Resolution Centre Advisors to join our dedicated Resolution team. You will handle alarm calls in our 24/7/365 alarm monitoring centre, supporting a diverse and largely vulnerable customer base. In this role, you will play a critical part in responding to both emergency and non-emergency calls, providing essential, life‑saving services to our customers.

No two days are the same, and we need someone who is adaptable and can quickly respond to changing situations.
