EMEA HR Business Partner, Strategy & Leadership

BDA, a top global Merchandise Agency, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to support their rapidly growing EMEA division. This role involves partnering with around 10 Directors and 110 employees across the UK, France, and Germany, focusing on strategic talent and organizational management.

The ideal candidate must have strong HR business partnering experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders. The position is based in Manchester, requiring regular travel within the EMEA region.
