EMEA Benefits Program Manager

The Opportunity

We have a phenomenal and outstanding opportunity within the EMEA Benefits team for you to design, deliver and measure success of our amazing benefits at Adobe. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Benefits, this role will own benefits programs across EMEA and contribute to enabling our benefits philosophy in the region.

What You Will Do

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of EMEA benefits programs, including healthcare, risk (life/disability), pension, and wellbeing offerings, ensuring alignment with global philosophy and local market competitiveness.
