Job Description
Responsibilities
- Configure and commission GRMS Guest Room Management System and Lighting Control Systems.
- Review shop drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams and as‑built documentation.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and other MEP/ELV teams during project execution.
- Perform system programming, testing, troubleshooting and integration with third‑party systems.
- Configure and integrate protocols such as KNX, DALI, Modbus, BACnet and TCP/IP.
- Conduct site surveys and ensure proper installation as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Attend client meetings, technical discussions and inspections.
- Support commissioning activities and create final handover documentation.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults related to lighting control, GRMS dimming systems, sensors and network communication.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for technical support and material approvals.
