ELV BIM Modeller – Security Systems & Coordination

THE HACENS TALENT PTE. LTD. is looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler in Singapore to support the design and implementation of electronic security systems across various projects. This role involves developing accurate BIM models for systems including CCTV, access control, and alarms, ensuring alignment with project specifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Architecture and 1–4 years of experience in BIM modeling. Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with Singapore BIM standards are essential.
