Flexibility, self‑control, and a proactive attitude are essential. Strong communication skills are required to interact with players, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with course rules in a professional and friendly manner. The candidate must be able to work independently, making real‑time decisions to maximize each visitor’s playing experience.
