Elementary Blended Learning Teacher - Surrey/Cloverdale

Overview

Our K-9 Blended programs are popular and growing. We are expanding our grade K-9 offerings in the Vancouver area and have openings at the Kindergarten to Grade Eight levels. TLA Online is seeking teachers with experience and a passion for teaching elementary aged children in a blended learning environment at our Cloverdale (Surrey) location. The blended model combines in-class and at-home learning, sometimes referred to as a hybrid approach.

This position involves multi-age classrooms in grades K-9 (likely spanning two or more grades) and may include one or two days per week of classroom teaching with one to four days of flexible work connecting with parents and students at home. The pay model is based on student numbers, so two days a week of teaching may correspond to up to a 1.0 FTE, with non-classroom days spent working from home or anywhere remote.
