Job Description . Analyze and troubleshoot problems with a systematic and analytical mindset. . Monitor process performance and key parameters to maintain product quality and consistency, utilizing SPC charts and other statistical tools. . Collaborate with Equipment Engineers to drive yield, quality, and throughput improvement projects. . Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective ac tions on quality-related issues. . Partner with external vendors to identify root causes, provide application support, and address topics relevant to the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment. . Conduct training sessions for technicians to enhance technical competency and disseminate critical knowledge needed to achieve key module KPIs. . Lead or participate in projects focused on downtime reduction, cost savings, yield improvement, or new material qualification. .
