**Electronics Technician (IPC Certified)**
**Job Description**
This role focuses on the assembly, troubleshooting, modification, and repair of printed circuit boards (PCBs), harnesses, and mechanical assemblies in a small, collaborative team environment. The technician applies IPC standards, precision soldering techniques, and detailed documentation practices to ensure high-quality electronic products that meet stringent industry requirements, particularly for aviation-related projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble, modify, and repair PCBs, wiring harnesses, and mechanical assemblies in accordance with IPC standards and internal procedures.
+ Perform point-to-point wiring and complete both surface mount and through-hole soldering of PCBs using appropriate tools and equipment.
+ Test completed assemblies to verify proper operation, using instruments such as oscilloscopes, voltmeters, continuity testers, and other electronic test equipment.
