Our client, a leader in the flexible packaging industry is seeking an experienced Electronics Technician to join their team based in Durban. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric with Maths pass
• Diploma in Mechatronics, Electronics
• Electrical Engineering will be an added advantage
• Apprenticeship training, preferably 3 – 4 years
• Successfully completed trade test as artisan
• General factory maintenance on high-speed machines for 5 years, Or preferably experience on paper sack converting and printing machinery for a similar period
• Working experience on Flexo, Gravure and Lamination machines
• Vast experience on Siemens drives, Lenze drives and PLC.
• PLC fault finding
• Maintenance and repairs on various drives and HMI
