Full-time We are seeking a hands-on Hardware Engineer to support manufacturing and product industrialization for battery management system (BMS), power conversion systems (PCS) and Energy Management System (EMS) in North America. This role bridges design engineering and manufacturing execution, focusing on PCBA, high-level assembly (HLA), and production readiness. You will work closely with EMS partners, suppliers, and internal engineering teams to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality hardware delivery. Responsibilities
