Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and develop switch mode power supplies
- Create schematics, PCB layouts, and mechanical packaging
- Build, test, and fine-tune circuits to meet specifications
- Perform design verification, simulations, and tolerance analysis
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) with focus on cost and quality
- Conduct failure analysis and ensure qualified parts are used
- Write accurate test reports and maintain documentation
- Plan and organize projects, coordinate with support teams, and join design reviews
- Provide engineering support to QA, safety teams, and customers
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in power supply design, simulations, and R&D
- Strong knowledge of circuit operations and failure analysis
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
