We are looking for an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, repairing, and overhauling aviation components at the piece-part level. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and functionality of aircraft components and assemblies.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform teardown, inspection, repair, and reassembly of aviation components.
+ Troubleshoot electro-mechanical systems including motors, actuators, and power systems.
+ Test and validate components to ensure proper functionality and compliance.
+ Work with AC/DC motors, APU/start motors, fans, lighting systems, and power supplies.
+ Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings.
