ELECTRICIAN/MASTER ELECTRICIAN

JOB SUMMARY:

Perform tasks involved in electrical maintenance, repair and renovations of campus buildings, systems, and equipment to include, but not limited to, distribution systems, motors, relays, starters and transformers. Install new and additional electrical work. Possess knowledge of regulatory code and requirements such as National Electric Code. This position is considered to be essential during emergency situations and the incumbent is subject to being requested to report to work.

SUPERVISION:
This position reports to the Supervisor of Electrical and HVAC and will receive day-to-day direction and guidance from the Assistant Supervisor of Electrical. This position may require additional guidance from various Master Technicians and/or Master Electricians as appropriate. This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
