Advanced Electrician – Social Housing
West London (Kensington, Chelsea & Surrounding Areas)

Salary: Up to £47,546 per annum

Permanent Full-Time Monday–Friday

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Advanced Electrician to join a leading social housing contractor delivering responsive repairs and maintenance services across West London.

The Role
Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties

Fixed wire testing, inspection, and fault finding

Electrical installations, upgrades, and remedial works

Completing certification and compliance documentation

Diagnosing faults and delivering first-time fixes where possible...
