We are currently working on behalf of a well‑established housing maintenance provider seeking a qualified and motivated Electrician to join their responsive maintenance team. This role involves delivering high‑quality electrical repairs and installations across social housing properties in the Leeds area.

Your new role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of electrical work ensuring all tasks meet current regulations and safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

Electrical repairs, fault-finding, and installations

Ensuringpliance with all electrical and health & safety regulations

Electrical Installations

Electrical testing

Overall purpose
To install, repair, maintain, test and certify electrical systems to a high quality and within current electrical standards and regulations.

The role is 39 hours a week Monday to Friday.
