Responsibilities Serves as a working leader responsible for passing on supervisor instructions, getting work started, and ensuring team members are actively engaged in assigned tasks. Plans the daily use of personnel, equipment, facilities, materials, and tools on a day-to-day or project-by-project basis to ensure efficient operations. Recommends adjustments to schedules, priorities, and work sequences; makes minor procedural deviations or redirects resources to overcome issues such as equipment failure, material delays, or unplanned absences. Demonstrates proper work methods by performing a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks within the electrical trade to guide and train team members. Performs inspections on repair work completed by electricians on existing electrical lines, circuits, systems, and associated fixtures, controls, and equipment; provides critical technical feedback to correct deficiencies.
