Electrical Technician – Manufacturing

Our client is seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to provide electrical engineering and technical support within a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure optimal equipment performance, minimise downtime, and maintain high safety and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
National Diploma in Electrical / Electronic / Automotive Engineering or Information Technology (NQF 6).
Trade Test qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical or Electronic Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Must have Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC programming experience.
Experience with robotics and automated systems.
Computer literacy (MS Office, ERP, and MES systems).
Key Responsibilities
Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on factory equipment.
Conduct fault finding, diagnostics, and repairs on electrical systems and machinery.
