Job Summary
Electrical Manager – Permanent position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) located in Glasgow. Salary £60,000 – £65,000 basic.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all electrical operations and requirements within the estate.
- Ensure the results of the verification process are accurately recorded on the appropriate certificates or inspection reports.
- Undertake management duties of Technical Placemakers to ensure they are competent and adequately supervised.
- Perform contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship to meet relevant standards.
- Issue Permits to Work.
- Perform management functions common to a facility maintenance and utility plant operations organization.
- Review and evaluate performance and ensure quality standards are being met.
