Electrical Supervisor (Steel Plant)

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and equipment within the steel plant, ensuring operational continuity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electricians, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical machinery, reducing downtime and extending equipment lifespan.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical faults in high-voltage systems, AC/DC drives, PLCs, and control panels, rapidly restoring functionality.
