Job Description

Electrical Supervisor – Commercial Construction (Monroe, CT)

Location: Monroe, CT (onsite)

Pay: $35–$43/hr

Must-Have

  • Commercial electrical experience required
  • Electrical background (commercial construction strongly preferred)
  • Ability to work in a field-based, non-tools-on supervisory role
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally in the Monroe area
  • Contract-to-hire (conversion to full-time after 6 months)

    • TEKsystems is partnering with a well-established construction company in the Monroe area to hire an Electrical Supervisor. This role is best suited for someone with a strong commercial electrical background who is looking to step into (or continue in) a field leadership position overseeing commercial projects.

    This is a field-based oversight role focused on coordination, safety, quality control, and keeping electrical scopes on track. This is not a tools-on position.
