ELECTRICAL SITE SUPERVISION ENGINEER (SWITCHGEAR & TRANSFORMER)

Responsibilities

• Perform site activities for transmission power substation equipment such as gas insulated switchgear (rated 132kV, 400kV) and power transformers (rated 132kV, 11kV, 400kV).
• Conduct safe receipt, procurement, inspection, installation, and testing activities in line with approved test forms.
• Validate approved design drawings and review as-built drawings.
• Maintain overall quality of transmission equipment by resolving technical conflicts during site activities.
• Review method statements and report non-conformities to the line manager; follow up with stakeholders for rectification.
• Follow and adhere to the OHS Management System Manual as per safety standards.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the reporting line manager.
