This is a direct Electrical Project Manager title, with the support, mentorship, and internal structure to help someone grow into the full scope of the role. What You'll Be Doing

Managing multiple industrial electrical projects across Southwestern Ontario Coordinating with field crews, Foremen, customers, suppliers, and internal teams Supporting project planning, scheduling, material coordination, and execution Staying close to job-site activity and helping remove roadblocks before they slow the work down Reviewing project progress, timelines, scope, and customer expectations Communicating clearly with both tradespeople and customer contacts Supporting quality, safety, and operational execution across active projects Growing into a broader project leadership role with mentorship from experienced leaders What We're Looking For
