A specialist contractor operating within busbar and switchgear installations is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Operations Director to support the next phase of the company’s growth and long-term leadership transition.
Following a recent acquisition by an investment group, the business is entering an exciting new phase and is looking for a senior leader to join the company with a clear pathway to progress into the Managing Director position within the next 2–4 years .
