Job Description
Ensure company policies and values are implemented and maintained throughout the organization and all legal requirements are met.
Lead a unionized team in optimizing maintenance as well as coordinate schedule routine and preventative maintenance functions by tradespersons.
Work closely with operating departments and planners to complete mechanical maintenance.
Mentor and coach employees through active observation and provide feedback.
What you must have:
Candidates should have a red seal trade certificate, or diploma, or degree in electrical engineering. Also, at least 2 years of experience supervising trades in a unionized environment in an industrial facility.
Excellent communicator, insightful, self-aware, and able to listen to employees and integrate feedback into the operations. Strong belief in continuous improvement.
