Description: An Electrical Hardware Design Engineer position, onsite in Grand Rapids, MI 49512, is currently available through Belcan at one of our key US defense clients. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, and five to ten years of experience designing analog and/or digital circuits and corresponding PCB/CCAs. Experience with PCB/CCA schematic capture and board layout as well as CAD mechanical design tools to assess CCA mechanical foot prints and keep outs is strongly preferred. In this role, you will be responsible for interpreting requirements, improving designs based on any system or sub-system level implications and creating new or taking existing designs and developing the PCB/CCA board design artifacts.
