Electrical Fitter — Substations, Testing & 66kV

National Grid is looking for a Craftsperson Fitter based in Cwmbran. This role involves maintenance of plant and switchgear up to 66kV and assembly of package sub-stations and metering units. Candidates will need strong electrical knowledge and GCSEs in English and Maths.

The ideal candidate will be flexible, have fitting experience, and the ability to make decisions effectively within a small team. Understanding the electricity distribution network is essential. Training opportunities available.
