Electrical Estimator
ob Purpose:
To prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical systems and services in MEP projects ensuring competitiveness and compliance with project specifications drawings and standards. The Electrical Estimator will analyze tender documents evaluate material and labor costs and assist in bid preparation to secure profitable projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Review tender documents drawings and specifications to prepare detailed electrical estimates for MEP projects.
Quantify and take-off materials for electrical works (cable containment wiring lighting small power panels LV/MV systems etc.).
Prepare cost breakdowns covering material labor equipment subcontractor and overheads.
Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors for cost comparison and selection.
