We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineer to join a well-established building services team, working across a mobile contract covering the North East postcode region.
 
The role will involve working across a varied portfolio of commercial offices, schools, and other commercial buildings, carrying out planned and reactive electrical maintenance to ensure all sites remain compliant, safe, and fully operational.

Key Responsibilities

Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and building services equipment
Reactive maintenance and fault finding on electrical systems, including emergency breakdown response
Repair and replacement of lighting, emergency lighting, sockets, distribution boards, and control panels
Inspection, testing, and basic electrical compliance checks where required
Minor electrical installations and upgrade works
