Job responsibilities
- Operations & Maintenance Management
- Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, lift, security, and life safety systems.
- Monitor maintenance activities for critical infrastructure including:
- HV/MV/LV switchgears
- 22kV transformers
- UPS systems and batteries
- Standby generators
- CCTV systems
- Card access systems
- Lifts and escalators
- Lighting control systems
- Lightning protection and earthing systems
- Ensure all maintenance works comply with maintenance schedules, checklists, and SLA/KPI requirements.
Team & Vendor Management
- Lead and supervise Technical Officers, Technicians, and contractors/vendors.
- Coordinate rectification works and emergency responses.
- Maintain a pool of standby vendors for emergency situations.
