Join our Electrical Engineering team and help shape the next generation of vessels for the Royal Canadian Navy and the Canadian Coast Guard. As an Electrical Engineer at Irving Shipbuilding, you’ll contribute to complex, world‑class marine programs and gain hands‑on experience while working with a team of talented engineers.
Responsibilities
- Support major shipbuilding programs, including the River‑class Destroyer and the Canadian Coast Guard variant of the Arctic and Offshore Patrol Ship (AOPS).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide technical oversight and engineering expertise.
- Assist in the development of electrical designs, technical specifications, and deliverables.
- Review engineering documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements, classification rules, and shipyard standards.
