Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 7+ years designing electrical systems for commercial building projects (commercial, institutional, healthcare, educational, hospitality, mixed-use, industrial). PE license strongly preferred; EIT with progressive design experience considered. Will independently lead design from concept through construction administration, mentor junior staff, and manage multiple projects. Responsibilities: Design power distribution (utility coordination, transformers, switchgear, panelboards, feeders), lighting/controls, fire alarm, emergency/standby power, UPS, and low-voltage systems Prepare construction documents: plans, specs, single-lines, panel schedules, equipment layouts Perform load calcs, voltage drop, fault current, and equipment sizing Coordinate with architectural/structural/mechanical/plumbing/fire protection teams Review shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, change orders; conduct site visits and construction observation Ensure NEC, NFPA, CEC, ...
