Electrical draughtsman

A leading Manufacturer in the Power and Energy Sector is seeking an Electrical Draughtsman to join its team in Roodepoort. This role offers exposure to electrical equipment, generators and renewable energy projects, supporting engineering and production teams through accurate technical drawings and documentation.

Qualifications and Responsibilities Draughting Certificate, N4/N5 Electrical Engineering, National Diploma, or similar qualification 1–2 years’ experience as an Electrical Draughtsman Proficiency in Solid Works, Auto CAD, and Onshape (essential) Experience producing manufacturing and fabrication drawings Understanding of electrical assemblies, sheet metal design, and fabrication processes Experience compiling Bills of Materials (BOMs) Strong attention to detail and drawing accuracy Produce detailed electrical manufacturing and fabrication drawings Modify and update existing electrical designs Generate and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) Support engineering and prod...
