Electrical Craftsperson
Location: Kitts Green, Birmingham
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (days and nights)
About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Electrical Craftsperson to join a Maintenance and Engineering team within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance, fault finding, and repairs to ensure maximum equipment reliability, minimise downtime, and support efficient production operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out front-line breakdown repairs and both predictive and preventative maintenance activities.
* Maintain a wide range of manufacturing machinery and site services.
* Work to planned maintenance schedules to maximise equipment performance and quality.
* Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise production downtime.
