Key Accountabilities:
Component Qualification and Maintenance:Ensure that electrical components are qualified in accordance with 10 CFR 50.49 and other applicable regulations.
Develop and implement maintenance programs for breakers, relays, transformers, generators, motors, and cables to ensure they remain operational and compliant with safety standards.
Conduct periodic inspections and testing to assess the condition of electrical components and identify any potential issues or degradation.
Collaborate with other engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical components.
Design and Modification:Participate in the design and modification of electrical systems to improve reliability and efficiency.
Review and approve design changes to ensure they meet safety and performance standards.
