Electrical and Automation Engineer

Carry out installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of
marine electrical, control, and automation systems
onboard ships and offshore vessels. Maintain and repair
PLC systems, automation controls, sensors, actuators, and instrumentation
used in marine applications. Perform fault diagnosis and rectification on
power distribution systems, generators, switchboards, motors, VFDs, and UPS systems
. Ensure proper operation of
navigation, communication, alarm, and monitoring systems
in compliance with marine standards. Execute planned maintenance and emergency repairs during
dry dock, afloat repairs, and voyage support
. Interpret
electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, control logic, and technical manuals
. Ensure all electrical and automation work complies with
Class rules, Flag State regulations, SOLAS, and company safety procedures
