Electorate Trainer - Tukituki + Ikaroa-Rāwhiti

About the role

Join our team as a Trainer and ensure all our Voting Place kaimahi receive comprehensive training aligned with national requirements. As a key player in our organisation, you will collaborate with managers to plan and execute training programs, prepare training areas, deliver prescribed training successfully, and provide valuable feedback. Your exceptional communication skills, cultural competency, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team will contribute to the growth and success of our workforce. These are casual roles with an hourly rate of $34.56 (including 8% holiday pay). The role will start with training in mid‑September.
