Electorate Trainer - Rangitīkei

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic people to join our team of Electorate trainers across the electorate. These roles will be dispersed throughout the electorate and may be worked remotely or from one of our Electorate Headquarters. You will need to be available outside of regular business hours, including weekends, and you may be required to travel. A driver’s licence is required. Full training is provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Collaborate with the Recruitment and Rostering Manager and Electorate Manager to facilitate training for our Voting Place kaimahi.
• Prepare and set up training areas according to the Electorate Manager's guidelines.
• Attend training sessions to familiarise yourself with training materials and delivery requirements.
• Complete necessary training and eLearning.
• Conduct evaluations of participants, providing constructive feedback to the Recruitment and Rostering Manager.
