Responsibilities
Ensure the effective implementation of environmental, health, and safety management systems in new plant opening projects.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations (NOMs, environmental laws, STPS, SEMARNAT, etc.) and corporate standards from the planning stage through operational start‐up.
Implement management programs in accordance with current legislation (JCMS, ISO *****, ISO *****, FM Global and others).
Implement the Management of Change process in current and new projects to avoid penalties.
Identify potential environmental or safety impacts and create action plans to avoid recurrence.
Develop and implement emergency response plans for new plants.
Collaborate with contractors and internal areas to ensure compliance with EHS policies during construction, installation, and start‐up.
Document and report EHS indicators from the project stage.
Commit to continuous improvement strategies and apply them to everyday work....
