Job Description
Develop, implement, and maintain the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company standards, and client requirements.
Ensure all construction activities are executed in accordance with EHS requirements and industry best practices.
Conduct comprehensive project risk assessments and maintain a project risk register to identify, evaluate, and control potential safety, health, and environmental risks.
Plan, lead, and participate in internal EHS audits, site inspections, and regulatory inspections.
Develop and deliver EHS induction programs, toolbox talks, and specialized training for employees, contractors, and management.
Lead and manage investigations of incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
