Responsibilities Manage all aspects of Allegion’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management System across the region. Develop and execute long- and short-term EHS and sustainability strategies aligned with the company’s objectives to achieve a world-class EHS culture. Establish robust processes and metrics, including leading and lagging KPIs, to monitor and enhance performance; proactively identify and correct off-track indicators. Mentor and develop the regional EHS team; collaborate with senior leaders, plant managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure EHS considerations are integrated into business decisions and long-term planning. Present strategic plans, initiatives, and performance updates to leadership and site teams.
